PACK 10 TEST (Ref. 311-10-01)
This format is the smallest of all those presented by Legipid®. It consists of the reagents necessary to perform 10 reactions considering that at least one of them is assigned to a negative control per batch. The test is manual, using between 1 and 3 MP4 supports (Ref. 311-MP4-SP), and without requiring the use of an automatic pipette,
It is supplied in a package that keeps the reagents at their proper temperature until they are stored in a fridge.
MP4 support with magnets for four cuvettes, (Ref: 311-MP4-SP) is supplied separately. In addition to the different accessory materials of the kit.
Once received, the kit reagents should be stored between 2°C and 8°C, preferably at 4°C, as indicated in the tubes and bottles of the reagents, as well as in the pack of 10 tests. The reagents thus stored can be used until the expiration date, indicated in the protocol. All reagents include their own batch number and storage conditions. Such conditions are also found on the packaging. In addition, the protocol includes code, batch number and expiration date, ensuring the traceability of all reagents. A certificate of analysis can be provided on demand.
